Fantastic service from start to finish

Cannot praise Adam enough for the very reliable service he provided through Do it Daddy. We hired the mini tracked excavator, and I have to say, it is a great little machine. Adam was very prompt and his prices including delivery are, in my opinion, the best out there. We would definitely use him again in a heart beat.   • Just add the equipment you want to hire to your cart, along with your preferred delivery and collection date and time. Then, proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with your selected delivery and collection details. No payment is required until the equipment is delivered

  • Available delivery and collection times can be viewed using the date picker tool. Simply choose your gear, then select your preferred delivery and pickup dates and times. Only available time slots will appear. After selecting, scroll to the bottom of the page , you’ll see “Available” in green or “Unavailable” in red. You can also click “Check Availability” for more details.

  • A confirmation email will be sent to the address you provided, detailing your selected delivery and collection times. Your equipment will arrive on site at your nominated delivery time.

    The booking holder must be present to receive the equipment, provide valid photo identification for verification, sign the hire agreement, and settle any remaining balance upon delivery.

  • The equipment does not come with a trailer. As part of our delivery and collection service, we handle the loading and unloading of the equipment onto our own trailer, which is taken away by the delivery driver after drop-off.

  • As an online-only operation with no public yard or shopfront, we’re able to keep overheads low and offer better value. For those preferring collection, we do provide a pickup point near Tunstall Square in Donvale, though a suitable trailer or vehicle will be required as we don’t supply trailers.

  • It’s simple: let us know right away and we’ll get it fixed quickly. For larger equipment like the mini excavator or mini loader, we can have a technician onsite within a few hours. For smaller equipment, if we can’t resolve the issue ourselves, we may need to arrange repairs at a workshop. In most cases, repair and maintenance costs for issues not caused by misuse or neglect are covered by us. Please see the rental agreement for full details.

  • Yes, as long as the equipment and/or delivery driver is available. If not, we'll do our best to find a suitable solution. Please contact us as soon as possible — email is preferred as it's monitored around the clock, while mobile support may be limited.

  • Absolutely! If your suburb is not listed on our Delivery Zone page, Send us a Message and we’ll get back to you fast with a delivery quote. The longer you hire the equipment, the cheaper the delivery will be, if not for free.

  • Visa, MasterCard and Amex Tap to Pay using the Stripe payment platform. 

  • No. For larger equipment like the mini excavator or mini loader, if it’s returned without a full tank, we’ll refill it and deduct only the fuel cost from your deposit — no markups. For smaller equipment, your first tank is free and you don’t need to return it full.
