Just add the equipment you want to hire to your cart, along with your preferred delivery and collection date and time. Then, proceed to checkout. You'll receive a confirmation email with your selected delivery and collection details. No payment is required until the equipment is delivered

A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided, outlining your chosen delivery and collection times. The person who made the booking must be present at the site to receive the hired equipment. A valid form of ID is required for verification, and the rental agreement must be signed with the remaining balance paid upon delivery.

The equipment does not come with a trailer. As part of our delivery and collection service, we handle the loading and unloading of the equipment onto our own trailer, which is taken away by the delivery driver after drop-off.

As an online business, DO IT DADDY operates without a public storefront or storage yard, allowing us to keep overhead costs low and pass those savings directly to you. If the rented equipment breaks down or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact us immediately at 0492 804 746. If we're unavailable by phone, please email us at [email protected] Email is monitored around the clock, while phone support is limited to certain hours. We’ll call you back as quickly as possible. We’ll assess the issue and arrange repairs as needed. In most cases, repair and maintenance costs for issues not caused by misuse or neglect will be covered by us. For full details, please refer to the rental agreement.

Absolutely! If your suburb is not listed on our Free Delivery Zone page, Send us a Message and we’ll get back to you fast with a delivery quote. The longer you hire the equipment, the cheaper the delivery will be, if not for free.

We accept contactless payments via Visa, MasterCard, and American Express using the Stripe Tap to Pay platform.

Short answer, No. We understand your time is valuable, so we handle the equipment cleaning at no extra charge. For smaller equipment like the Chipper, Pressure Washer, or Log Splitter, we provide a full tank of fuel, on us! For larger machines such as the Mini Loader and Mini Excavator, you’re only responsible for the fuel used, charged at standard pump prices with no markup. We'll deduct the refuelling cost from your deposit and send you an updated invoice by email within 24 hrs from collection.
