Renting our equipment from our business is a straightforward process. Begin by browsing our inventory. Once you've selected the equipment you need for your project, select your delivery and pickup time before making your booking.

A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided, outlining your chosen delivery and collection times. The person who made the booking must be present at the site to receive the hired equipment. A valid form of ID is required for verification, and the rental agreement must be signed with the remaining balance paid upon delivery.

No, the equipment does not come with a trailer. As part of our delivery and collection service, we handle the loading and unloading of the equipment onto our own trailer, which is taken away by the delivery driver after drop-off.

As an online business, DO IT DADDY operates without a public storefront or storage yard, allowing us to keep overhead costs low and pass those savings directly to you. If the rented equipment breaks down or requires maintenance during your rental period, please contact our support team immediately at 0492 804 746. We’ll assess the issue and arrange for repairs as needed. In most cases, repair and maintenance costs for issues not caused by misuse or neglect will be covered by us.
